Privacy policy

What we collect

We collect account details, the websites you add, product settings, and the measurement data needed to provide reports and recommendations. We also collect cookieless aggregate analytics and operational logs used to protect and improve the service.

In the Splendorize iPhone app, we process your account email and user identifier to sign you in and show only the accounts and projects you can access. If you use Sign in with Apple, we receive Apple's account identifier and any name or email you choose to share. If you enable notifications, we store an encrypted Apple Push Notification service device token together with app version, locale, time zone, and notification preferences. We do not collect contacts, photos, precise location, advertising identifiers, raw visitor events, form values, or page DOM through the iPhone app.

Telegram

If you connect the shared Splendorize Telegram bot, we process your Telegram user and private-chat identifiers, a limited display label, the project you select, and the messages you choose to send to the bot. Those messages and verified answers use the same creator-private Site Chat history as the web and iPhone apps. We do not use your Telegram username, phone number, contacts, groups, channels, media, or voice messages for this feature.

Secure connection codes are one-use, expire after 10 minutes, and are stored only as hashes. You can use /unlink or Settings → Integrations to remove the Telegram identity link without deleting ordinary Site Chat history. Completed update and delivery metadata is retained briefly for retry protection and operational diagnosis, then deleted automatically; account deletion removes the remaining account-linked Telegram identifiers.

Google Search Console

If you connect Google Search Console, Splendorize requests read-only access and imports the properties you select, their site metadata, and search-performance data such as queries, pages, countries, devices, clicks, impressions, click-through rate, and average position. We use this Google user data only to provide your search reports and recommendations and to operate that feature. Splendorize cannot change your Search Console data.

We encrypt Google access and refresh tokens and restrict access to the systems and people needed to provide the feature. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalized AI or machine-learning models. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

You can disconnect Search Console in Splendorize, revoke access from your Google Account connections, or ask us to delete the imported data.

DataForSEO

Splendorize sends public domains, URLs, and keywords to DataForSEO to retrieve search-result, keyword, and backlink data. We do not send Google tokens or private Search Console performance data to DataForSEO.

How we use and retain data

• To provide the reports, recommendations, and product features you request.
• To improve recommendation quality and investigate abuse.
• To authenticate the iPhone app and send the notification categories you enable through Apple Push Notification service.
• To retain account and product records while your account is active, plus limited backup and legal-retention periods.
• To delete or anonymize mobile sessions, device tokens, and account-linked personal data when account deletion completes, subject to required security, legal, and backup retention.

Your rights and contact

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data. EU and UK residents may also exercise their GDPR rights. You can begin deletion in the iPhone app under Settings; sole owners must first transfer ownership so customer sites are not silently deleted. Contact [email protected].
